AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corporation (ALLHC) expands its Standard Factory Building facilities in Alviera Industrial Park in the municipality of Porac, Pampanga. This new phase of ALLHC’s facilities will be occupied by China-based engineered stone manufacturer, Badan Building Materials Corporation. At full development, the latest expansion will provide Badan an additional 12,000 sqm to its already existing 19,000 sqm production facility.

Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Director General Charito Plaza, in a message shared at the ground-breaking for the SFB expansion, notes the invaluable partnership and expertise offered by ALLHC in promoting the industry, particularly in support of MSMEs that are vital to sustaining the long-term growth of the country. ALLHC also operates logistics facilities, Lepanto Industrial Complex in Calamba and Tutuban Logistics in Manila.
